We had our van's transmission worked on by another shop... The van never shifted correctly and they refused to fix it. We brought it to your shop and spoke to Clay. We just knew the transmission was going to need rebuilt. Clay had one of his best techs drive the van and put it through a diagnostic check. Well, all it had was a code in the computer that needed deleting. It drives great now! We are very greatful. You can guess who were are going to use next time we are in a transmission crisis. I had just been diagnosed with cancer...
In march I needed a new transmission for my van. I needed to have it for a vacation with my family. I had just been diagnosed with cancer and was delaying treatment until after this much anticipated trip.

Knowing of my plans, Clay made every effort to have the van ready. When it became apparent that it was not repaired to his satisfaction, he made certain that I had a van available for the trip.
I have recommended this shop to all my friends and will report my satisfaction to the Better Business Bureau.
